Dans le cadre d’une mission d’Assistance à Maitrise d’Ouvrage dès l’origine d’un projet, les phases et jalons, considérant que le projet consiste à intégrer une conception dans un bâtiment neuf ou en construction ou à intégrer des éléments nouveaux dans un lieu existant, sont généralement les suivantes :
Phase 1: Rough Amount of Magnitude
On the basis of the 2D drawings and the 3D model, the artistic brief and if you have preferred manufacturer(s), we will provide a first budgetary study (Rough Amount of Magnitude) related to the AV equipment
- We need around 2/3 weeks: we start a pre-implantation to have the number of video projectors, speakers, lighting fixture, show control. We can therefore give an estimated requirement in terms of power (how many Kw) and in terms of HVAC (BTUH of the AV equipment). This will help to quantify a part of the facility works and the related budget.
An overall budgetary estimate linked to the investment of equipment (ROM - Rough Order of Magnitude estimate) is produced for the investor in charge of financing the scenography.
The AV budget is provided based on public prices. It means this budget will obviously be lower after your negotiation with the vendor.

The AV equipment is laid down on the drawings of the architects which integrate the first needs of the stage design. The simplified synoptics are provided, the list of the AV equipment is refined.
Once the deliverable is done and sent, it is mandatory to make a presentation of this document about 1 to 2 weeks after sending it (to give enough time to the recipient to study it). Then we organize a trip with our technical director and possibly our architect to discuss the SD with the project manager, the artistic director, the architects, the owner, the main contractor...
We take the information and note down the adjustments if there are any and coming back, we update the SD (if necessary).

Le matériel audiovisuel est posé sur les plans des architectes. Les synoptiques simplifiés sont fournis, la liste des équipements AV est affinée.
Une fois le livrable réalisé et envoyé, il est obligatoire de faire une présentation de ce document environ 1 à 2 semaines après son envoi (afin de laisser suffisamment de temps au destinataire pour l'étudier). Puis nous organisons un déplacement de notre équipe technique pour discuter de l’APS avec le maître d'ouvrage, les architectes, le maître d'œuvre... Nous prenons les informations et notons les ajustements (s'il y en a) et dans là foulée, nous mettons à jour l’APS (si nécessaire)
Suite à cette phase, s’il existe encore différentes pistes techniques (options), il peut être nécessaire d’organiser des tests afin de valider les décisions.

The AV equipment is implemented on the final drawings produced by the client (Shop Drawings) which integrate the needs of the SD. We will produce the detailed synoptics, the detailed cables matrix and connections, the detailed positions and attachements.

L'équipement AV est mis en place sur les plans finaux produits par l’architecte (et/ou le maitre d’œuvre) qui intègrent les besoins définis à l’APS. Nous produirons les synoptiques détaillés, la matrice détaillée des câbles et connexions, les positions et attaches détaillées, ...
Une fois le livrable réalisé et envoyé, il est également obligatoire de faire une présentation de ce document environ 1 à 2 semaines après son envoi (afin de laisser suffisamment de temps au destinataire pour l'étudier). Nous prenons les informations et notons les ajustements (s'il y en a) et dans le foulée, nous mettons à jour l’APD (si nécessaire).

Phase 5: Supervision during the construction
Before starting the integration, we plan site surveys regularly until what we call the Handover: This is the formal acceptance of the site prior to installation. The following list should become contractual in order not to be forced to install equipment when the site is not finished and full of dust for example. All multimedia equipment is sensitive to dust and humidity, and it is essential that the equipment is not subjected to harsh environmental conditions, as this may invalidate equipment warranties and shorten the equipment's lifespan.
Phase 5 : Supervision pendant la construction
Avant que l’intégrateur sélectionné commence sa mission, nous planifions régulièrement des visites du site en chantier jusqu'à la réception formelle des travaux qui c'est l'acceptation formelle du site avant l'installation. La liste suivante devrait devenir contractuelle afin de ne pas être obligé d'installer du matériel lorsque le chantier n'est pas terminé et plein de poussière par exemple. Tous les équipements multimédias sont sensibles à la poussière et à l'humidité et il est essentiel que l'équipement ne soit pas soumis à des conditions environnementales difficiles car les garanties de l'équipement peuvent devenir caduques et cela réduira la durée de vie de l'équipement.
Phase 6: AV installation on site
We supervise the local integrator.

Le test d'acceptation est la confirmation finale que tout l'équipement est correctement installé et fonctionne. Le test doit être effectué et validé par une réception formelle avant le début de l'étalonnage final et de la programmation du spectacle.
